Returns & Refunds Policy for Lotus Beauty, Body & Mind

At Lotus Beauty, Body & Mind, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of the products we offer. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.

 

1. Our Role as a Reseller

We stock and sell products from a variety of trusted brands. While some brands may have their own return policies, we comply fully with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which sets out your rights regarding returns, refunds, repairs, and replacements.

 

Regardless of any manufacturer or brand policies, your rights under ACL apply to all purchases made through Lotus Beauty, Body & Mind.

 

2. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if:

 

The product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

The product does not do what it’s supposed to do or is unsafe.

The product is significantly different to any description or sample demonstrated.

Please note: Change of mind or incorrect purchase may not be eligible for refund or exchange, except where required by law.

 

3. Return Process

To request a return, please:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@lotusbeautybodymind.com.au, providing your order number and details of the issue.

  • Keep the product in its original packaging and condition for return.

  • Await our instructions on how to return the product.

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is faulty or not as described.

4. Chargebacks and Legal Action

We kindly ask that any concerns related to your purchase are communicated with us directly so we can promptly resolve the issue.

 

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and incur unnecessary fees. We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.

 

If a chargeback is initiated without a valid reason and without attempting to resolve the matter with us, we may pursue legal action to recover losses, including any associated fees and damages.

 

We encourage our customers to contact us first so we can assist and avoid unnecessary disputes.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

 

6. Warranty & Repairs

Where applicable, manufacturer warranties are available alongside your ACL rights. We can assist with warranty claims but your statutory consumer rights take precedence.
